Fayrouz began her entrepreneurial journey when she recognised the challenges women face in the business sector. Through her work as an entrepreneurship trainer, she observed the difficulties hindering the progress of women-led projects, such as lack of support and project stagnation due to resource shortages. Fayrouz explains, "I saw women struggling to achieve their dreams, yet facing numerous obstacles that impede their progress. Personally, my project faltered due to high costs, and I decided I wanted to help women establish their projects and support them in achieving success."
Fayrouz holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Dhamar University and a pre-Master's in Business Administration from Al-National University. She works in the technical education and vocational training sector in Taiz. Leveraging her extensive knowledge and dedication, she developed an entrepreneurial platform aimed at achieving positive and sustainable social impact rather than merely financial profit.
Dreams and Aspirations
Fayrouz aspires to develop her project into an accredited academy for local, regional, and international development. She states, "I dream of Ra'ideh being a gateway to change, through which we transform the reality of Yemeni women in business. I want to see women achieving success feeling proud and confident in their abilities. Change begins with continuous support and training, and I am committed and willing to participate."
The "Ra'ideh" platform that Fayrouz founded operates under the concept of social entrepreneurship. It aims to support and assist businesswomen and young women aspiring to establish their projects in Taiz, whether they operate in the market or from home, by developing their projects through training, consulting, and sharing experiences both virtually and in person.

Fayrouz aims to provide a sustainable support environment for women through this platform, enabling them to overcome challenges and move forward with their projects. She asserts, "I believe that real change starts from within. Women can make a significant difference in their communities when they are given the opportunity. I see an inspiring story in every woman capable of success, and through the Ra'ideh platform, we strive to empower these stories to emerge and thrive."
Fayrouz continuously enhances her knowledge and skills through various management and entrepreneurship courses and stays updated via social media and international and local civil society organizations. Her story is a testament to the creative and entrepreneurial abilities of women in Yemen. She is a model for turning challenges into opportunities and achieving positive societal change.
